Grand Island Snowmobile Club Annual Pig Roast
Just an FYI to all--the Grand Island Snowmobile Club will host its Second Annual Pig Roast (affectionately dubbed "Put the Sleds to Bed") on March 28 from 6 to 10 pm at the Grand Island Rod & Gun Club, 1083 Whitehaven Road. Tickets are just $15 and food will be provided by Dew's BBQ. The Club will be collecting food donations on behalf of the Food Bank of Western New York.
Even if you're not a snowmobiler, this is a great opportunity to meet some really nice individuals and families. I attended myself last year, although I hate the snow and cold and have never been on a snowmobile in my life (go figure, I've lived in New York State my entire life!). Good times for sure!
