Who's Ready??

So when we founded the Buffalo Tweet-up group I don't think we would have initially anticipated this kind of quick growth. Recently, we have been picked up by the (Learning)Tech Writer at teh buffalo news @BuffaloScribe on Twitter. There seems to have been a lot of buzz around the twitter world as main stream media and lots of friend are joining. Twitter is becoming more and more popular and it's time we met some of the new Buffalo Tweet-up Group Members.

So lets make a date and time for the next tweet-up! Christmas is coming and everyone will be busy but lets make a date and time for some more face-to-face geekery. We even have some interests from some of our Canadian friends to meet up as well. How does the Third Friday in November sound? Brennans seemed like a pretty good place last time as we had ample room.

Just a thought, please throw in your two cents and I will talk with Jim about setting up a final locale descision. We want to see new faces this time. Don't be afraid we don't bite. You might actually have fun and learn something at the same time.

Doesn't look like this will happen based on the fact that it's tomorrow night and there is no real consensus. I'm still available if something comes up at the last minute, but it seems pretty unlikely and not really ideal.

Perhaps planning should start a little further ahead, so it's easier for people to plan? I'm pretty flexible but it might be harder for others.
